How will I know if the order is placed successfully?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email and text message from industriaestores.com. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account > Order history if you have placed the order through your login id.
I am unable to see my order details in my account. What should I do?
This usually happens when you place an order as a Guest without creating an account on our website. If you first create an account and then place the order, it will reflect under your account. However, you can still track your order status by following the below-mentioned step: Click on “SIGN IN ACCOUNT” on the top right corner of the website. Select Track Order Enter your details.
When will my order be dispatched?
If you order before 11 am on a working day there is a possibility that the order will be dispatched the same day. However, there might be a few circumstances that it cannot be delivered on the same day:
- If it is bulk order.
- Availability of the stock
- Due to weekends, natural calamities, national holidays, political disturbances.
How will my order be delivered to me?
Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep. Bulk Orders/heavy/voluminous items are shipped through the surface may take a longer time for delivery.
What is the standard delivery time?
Standard delivery time is 5-7 working days, however for some products delivery time may vary depending upon the availability or depending upon the size of the order. However, there might be some delay in delivery due to the below-mentioned reasons: If the delivery area is very interior in the region or certain pin codes has irregular courier service. Natural calamities like heavy rain, earthquakes, etc. Political disturbance, National and Regional holidays, etc.
Why is standard delivery time different for some products?

Will I be informed once my order is processed?
Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a shipment notification via E-mail/SMS advising you on the estimated date of delivery. You can also TRACK ORDER online. Please note tracking information may not be available for all carriers.
I got a confirmation call for my order. Why is that?
You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn’t any change with your order. However this may not be the case every time, please order once you are confirmed. To know more also read our cancellations, return and refund policy.
Can I accept the package after checking the contents inside it?
Sorry, as per company policy, a package can’t be opened before delivery is accepted. But you can accept the package & get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.
How do I check the status of my order?
Our order status is updated to you via emails and SMS at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an SMS and an email with your order details. Once your order is dispatched you receive an SMS with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old SMS-es for the status of your order, if you don’t see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order, you would receive a special update from our end.
Will the delivery be re-attempted if I’m not able to collect my order the first time?
Yes, we’ll make sure that the delivery is re-attempted if you are unable to collect it.
Why have I not received my order yet?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We will send you an E-mail/SMS informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date. Visit the MY ORDERS page in your account and click on “ORDER TRACKING” to get the real-time status of your order.
Can I change the delivery time for my order?
Sorry about this, delivery time for an order cannot be changed.
Can I prepone or postpone the date of delivery?
Sorry, this option is not available yet.
Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?
Yes, we accept bulk orders.
Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately no, however, you can place another order.
I found the package open and the product seal is broken. What should I do?

I tried placing an order using my credit card but it isn’t working. Can you help me place an order?

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/net banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we, unfortunately, won’t be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate a refund within 3 days of your request. The receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:
- Net Banking 5-7 business days
- Debit Card 5-7 business days
- Credit Card 7-21 business days
What is the difference between shipping(dispatch) and delivery?
Shipping refers to the packing and dispatching of your order. While placing an order, you will find a shipping timeline on the products displayed on the website (e.g. dispatched within 5 days). This refers to the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our end. The delivery may take 5-7 days depending on the address specified for the order.
Which courier company will deliver my order? Is it possible to choose my preferred delivery partner?
For a smooth delivery of your orders, we have tied up with a number of trustworthy delivery partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will be informed about the shipping details via Email/SMS. Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to choose your preferred delivery partner. However, we will inform you when such services are rolled out in the future.
What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with on delivery?
Industrial eStores believes in making your shopping experience perfect. However, if you receive an open or a tampered package, please do not accept it. Report this concern by clicking on the Return/Replace option in your MY ORDERS page within the TrustPay period. We will look at it immediately and get back to you. You are required to share photos and videos of the products with us.
Why did I receive a partial order?
- We are sorry you had to experience this but please check if your order contains items with different delivery times. Items with different delivery times are shipped to you separately. Do not worry; your order is on its way to you!
- The expected date and time of delivery will be communicated to you before the dispatch of your order. Under rare circumstances, if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will refund you the full payment made towards that particular product, at the earliest.
The status on the tracking website shows delivery was attempted but I was not there to receive it. Is it possible to get the delivery now?
The courier companies usually make more than one attempt to deliver your order. In case you do not receive your order, please get in touch with us or the courier service. The tracking details will be provided to you via Email/SMS.
Cancellations and Returns
How can I cancel my order?

How long does it take to cancel an Order?
It takes 24hrs to cancel the order once the request is received on call. Requests received through mails will be fulfilled within 48hrs. orders will be canceled immediately if done via my accounts section.
Can industrialestores.com cancel any order?
Yes, industrialestores.com reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer’s address (Street number, Landmark etc.) etc.
- In case of wrong product price or specification mentioned on industrialestores.com.
- Unavailability of products – In exceptional cases, if a product runs out of stock with the vendor, the product will be cancelled; however, remaining products of the order will be delivered.
- If the area in which the customer is residing is not served by us or made Out of Delivery area by Logistic Courier Partner even after placing the order. Suspected fraudulent information.
Can I return the product delivered to me?
Of course, a product can be returned but only under the following circumstances: The product is physically damaged/defective. Varies from the description on the website. Wrong item delivered. Please do read the return policy.
How do I know if my order is eligible for a return?
Mentioned below are the criteria for Return Customer should intimate us within 2 days of receiving the order. For damaged product customer should intimate us within 24 hours of delivery Product should be unused. Not even once Brand packing should remain intact Invoice should be available All the tags/labels should be available. Exempted/non-returnable items, customized products which are mentioned as non-returnable in that product’s catalog are not accepted for returns.
What is the procedure to return a product?
Customers should follow the below-mentioned steps in order to return any item. Customers should intimate us through call/email within 24 hours of receiving the order. The customer has to make sure that
- The product is unused. Not even once
- Brand packaging should remain intact.
- Invoice should be available
- All the tags/labels should be available. We will raise a request for Reverse pickup and try to arrange it from our end. Once arranged our courier boy will come to collect the product within 2 business days. Customer has to make sure that he packs the product in the proper manner and pastes the invoice on it. It should be logistically friendly. Customers will have to handover the product to the courier boy. Once picked up, the product will be sent to us by the courier partner.
- Upon receiving the product a Quality inspection would be performed over the product. It will take 2 days. If any damage/defect is found from Industrial eStores end, we will try to arrange a replacement; however, it depends on the availability of the product. In case of refund, money will be refunded to the customer.
- In some cases where our Logistic Service Provider doesn’t provide reverse pickup facility, customer will have to send the product on his own to us only through India post at the below mentioned address once the request for reverse pickup is raised: AMMAR INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION – Front Reception, 67A, Netaji Subhas Road, Kolkata – 700001 Once sent, customer needs to share the Courier slip along with the following bank details at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Account number, Account holder name (Same as registered with industrialestores.com), IFSC Code.
- In case, the product doesn’t clear Quality inspection, we will re-ship the product to the customer and he will have to bear the courier charges for re-shipment in order to receive the product. No courier charges to send the product to us will be reimbursed.
Can I return the order if the size/other technical aspects of the product don’t fit me?

Can I return the order if I received a different color of the product?
Since all the products are industrial products there might be some products manufactured in a different color. If you receive the product in a different color, however, specifications are the same then return will not be done
When can I get a refund of my Cancelled order?
Once canceled, the full amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.
1. Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallets – 2 business days
2. If you have made the payment by NEFT and Cheque you need to share the below-mentioned details at firstname.lastname@example.org from your registered e-mail id. Account number, Account Holder Name, IFSC Code Upon receiving the information, your refund will be processed in 2 business days and the same will reflect in your account in another 2 business days.
3. For EMI payment, a refund will be credited in 6-8 business days after cancellation.
How can I know the status of my refund?
You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed The following is the timeline for refunds For cancellation before shipping, refunds are processed immediately If the order has been returned due to any other issue, we refund after we receive the item back at our warehouse and check.
Under what circumstances are cancellations done?
Cancellations are accepted by Industrial eStores for the following reasons.
- If the order is not serviceable by us due to non availability of the product among any of our vendors
- If your pin code is not serviced by any of our courier partners
- If the procurement is taking longer than 7 working days and you are not willing to wait further You can always check My Orders page to see the status of your order.
If I have ordered many items, can I return one or more items or do I have to return the entire order?
Return of an entire order is not necessary in this case. You can return one or many items in your order.
If I request a replacement, when will I get it?
The replacement order is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up and received back at our warehouse. Please check the SMS & email we send you for your replacement request for more details.
What is the Industrial eStores’s Returns policy?

Can I order a product that is ‘Out of Stock’ or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’?
Unfortunately, products listed as ‘Out of Stock’ or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’ are not available for sale.
What does ‘Out of Stock’ mean?
It means that the stock for the product is not available with us/our vendors at the moment & so, you can’t buy it now.
Is it necessary to have an account to shop on industrialestores.com?
No, It’s not. You can checkout as a guest but you will have to provide us with a valid email, phone number, and address for us to send you the goods.
What does ‘Pre Order’ or ‘Forthcoming’ mean?
Such items are expected to be released soon and you can pre-book them. The item will be shipped to you on the day of its official release and will reach you within the delivery time mentioned by the seller. The Pre Order duration varies from item to item.
Do Industrial eStores deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver international orders too.
Is warranty applicable to products I buy from industrialestores.com?
Yes, a warranty would be applicable on products that are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
The warranty card is not sealed on the product I bought. How do I claim the warranty?
